Illustrator and animator Bill Plympton made his name during the 80’s with the Academy Award-nominated short, “Your Face.” His career continued to flourish throughout the decade and into the 90’s when his work appeared on MTV, commercials, music videos and various other animated shorts. His latest film, “Idiots and Angels,” has been touring throughout the world since 2008 and is scheduled to screen in LA at the end of this month. The World’s Best Ever dropped in recently with photographer David Potes for a studio visit and interview to find out how it all started and to bring us up to date on what he’s been up to.
