Maybe you’ve experienced it on the streets of New York, walking home one evening just as the garbage is being taken out, you stumble upon an Eames shell chair lying on top of a dumpster. Taking on this element of discovery, Dutch artist Franck Bragigand recently dropped off 60 chairs throughout Manhattan after the Pioneers of Change exhibit. Blu Dot is doing the same with their Real Good Chairs, dropping them off around NYC today and tomorrow and they’re free for the taking. You can track their whereabouts through Blu Dot’s site or follow @realgoodchairs on twitter. (via Sight Unseen)
