How can something as simple as a pen be so carefully considered? From the beginning to the end, DBA has diligently placed in motion an environmentally conscious process for producing its product. Manufactured in a wind powered factory and made from renewable resources the DBA Pen is 98% biodegradable. A pack of 3 pens is priced at $8, a manageable expense when you consider the benefits the instrument yields long after you’re finished using it.
Along with the pens, DBA is set to release a series of household products ranging from a dishwasher rack to a humidifier all with the same conscious effort. Their simple, clean and elegant designs remind us of Naoto Fukasawa’s +-0 line. We admire every bit of DBA’s efforts, they’re environmental mindful, beautifully designed, and made in the United States, what more can you ask for? (via Iain Claridge)
