Chefs that indulge the carnivorous side in us will be participating in this year’s The Best of the Wurste, a friendly competition pitting Manhattan and Brooklyn chefs in a challenge to see who can create the best wurst. Participants include Frank Castronovo and Frank Falcinelli (Prime Meats and Frankies Spuntino), Phillip Kirschen-Clark (Vandaag), Gabriel Kreuther (The Modern), and Tom Mylan (The Meat Hook). This event coincides with MoMA’s current exhibition Counter Space: Design and the Modern Kitchen . The Best of the Wurste will be held Saturday, March 12th from 8-10:30pm at MoMA.
