Starting today The James Beard Foundation will take up residency at a space inside Chelsea Market. For the next 27 days the foundation will host dinners in the evening and talks during the day with participating chefs that include David Chang, Frank Castronovo, and Frank Falcinelli. This week’s dinner with Laurent Gras is already sold out but others will go on sale on April 13th.
