Watching the chocolate eggs to melt

As a dining enthusiast, living in New York is a wonderful treat, but after last night’s episode of No Reservations, there’s definitely some food envy. New York has nothing on Spain, according to Anthony Bourdain. Especially when it comes to the experimental kind, or the very popular term molecular gastronomy. From Albert Adria’s and Enric Rovira intricate pastries and chocolate to Andoni Aduriz delicate and illusionary dishes, Spain is on another level of dining. Food was once a necessity, that became an enjoyment, and has now evolved into the experimental. Spain’s introducing some very exciting culinary options for food fans around the world. Food and travel, ahhh what a wonderful combination.
