These restaurants have all the elements for something hip, however their uniqueness maybe derived from economic necessity. We recently discovered two new restaurants within restaurants in Wiliamsburg, Bonjin Café and Bép. Both open for just one day out of the week holding up residency in existing restaurants. Bonjin Café operates a ramen heavy menu inside Dokebi from midnight to 4 a.m. on Friday nights. While Bep, Vietnamese for kitchen, runs its restaurant inside Simple Cafe serving up Vietnamese classics like Pho and Banh Mi’s. Their hours are from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

We haven’t found ourselves in Williamsburg early Saturday mornings craving a meal nor have we found the time to venture out on a Monday evening. If you have, let us know what you think of them.
