It was the first ever Cooklyn Improv, an improvisational food event that brought together amateur chefs consisting of designers, entrepreneurs, bloggers, and food lovers. The result was a seven and a half hour dining experience that began with a room full of strangers and ended with a seven course meal. Maggie Shi takes us through this culinary experiment.
