A Short-Term Shop for Long-Term Goods

Though small, The Pop Up Flea started out of the gate with a lot of buzz and interest. It was an immediate success for the team behind the temporary gathering of mens goods. With every iteration their presence grew, from the number of vendors to the number of visitors. This year will be its most ambitions yet. There will be five Pop Ups, with their first one starting today in NYC. They’ll be hitting up Detroit next month, then Tokyo in October, London in November and back to NYC for their annual holiday spot. Familiar vendors have returned bringing established and independent brands back under one roof. Favorites like Billykirk, Freemans Sporting Goods, Oak Street Bootmakers and bigger brands like Filson, Steven Alan, and Shinola. Alexander Olch, Harry’s, Isaora, Deus ex Machina, Terrapin Stationers, and others. It all starts at 3pm today at Metropolitan Pavilion on 123 W. 18th St. and wraps up Sunday evening.
