We admire brands that share the same ideals as we do, clean designs, considerate construction, and quality in craft, that’s why we support Baron Wells. Barely into its second season the label was recently recognized by Monocle as one of the new brands to watch. Partners Dominick Volini and Mads Madsen launched their line with what they were familiar with, the ocean. Both avid surfers, their first season included fitted board shorts and a surfboard but also consisted of ties, cufflinks and tailored fit shirts that come in unisex sizing. For their fall/winter line they expanded the collection of shirts with oxfords and safaris using vintage horn buttons from the 1970s. Slim chinos were also brought into the line as well as the beautiful waxwear parka, all of which are hand sewn in New York.
