While doing a little bit of research we ran across an independent production and distribution company called Arthouse Films. We didn’t realize that the company was involved in many of the documentaries we have posted in the past including Beautiful Losers, Visual Acoustics: The Modernism of Julius Shulman, and Herb & Dorothy. Their incredible roster of movies also include documentaries on Chuck Close, Milton Glaser, Keither Haring, Rem Koolhaas, Robert Maple and many other fascinating individuals and groups involved in an array of creative fields. Most of the titles are accompanied with trailers however we didn’t see any production or release dates to them. We’ll just have to keep an eye on these great documentaries.
