Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn or Antique Row as some may know it as, is no longer the antique destination it once was. Many new retailers have taken residence recently. The strip was a haven for antique dealers and collectors for many years running through three of the most affluent neighborhoods in the borough, Boreum Hill, Brooklyn Heights, and Cobble Hill. It’s no wonder why so many dealers found the street so appealing. Though many original dealers have come and gone, replaced by more established retailers like Barneys, Steven Alan and Jonathan Adler, few remain and even fewer open.
