One stop shop is not necessarily the phrase you want to hear when it comes to buying a home. However, in The Brooklyn Home Company’s case, it may not be a bad idea. T.B.H.Co is a family-run cooperative of artists and builders specializing in real estate development, design and build general contracting and architectural design consulting. Their aesthetic is a cross between Modern and rustic, merging the best of both worlds, clean lines with a mix of raw materials. Exposed bricks, natural light, and a generous use of wood are design signatures from T.B.H.Co. Their projects are distinctive enough to be stylized but not so much so that you can’t add your own style to them. In a market full of shoddy new development, The Brooklyn Home Company’s properties stand out in quality and taste.
