If you ever wondered what our position was in this political year, wonder no longer. The Scout has been helping out a non profit organization for the past several weeks with a fund raising event. Next Friday, October 17, Create Change NYC will be hosting a party and silent auction to benefit Barack Obama. It will be held at the new Gowanus music venue, The Bell House, with the newish-ly reunited Antipop Consortium, Dragons of Zynth, Takka Takka, and dj sets by Casettes Won’t Listen and Nick Stumpf and Josh Wise from the French Kicks.
