If you follow this blog you know that we’ve been keeping track of the progress of this movie for some time. Limited production stills have surfaced on the web, but recently we were treated to possibly the first images of the creatures from Where the Wild Things Are. Not in the usual press release from the studio but in form of skate decks.

Spike Jonze, one of the founders of the Southern California skate company, Girl Skateboards, is releasing a series based on photo stills from Where the Wild Things Are, picturing seven of the creatures from the movie. A nice way to promote the film.
