Design and music go hand in hand. From Peter Saville’s legendary work with Factory Records to Eric Haze’s logo designs for Public Enemy. Turntable Lab recognized this since its launch. After eight years in business it sought to expand its non-music division and opened the Annex. Conveniently located next door to the Lab, this scaled down shop is filled with design books, t-shirts, videos, prints, clothing, objects and select CD’s. With no focus other than design, the Annex’s inventory ranges from books on Otl Aicher, Karel Martens, and Otto Treumann, to skate decks from Chocolate, Powell Peralta, and Solitary Arts. Trust us when we say that their knowledge of design runs deep.
