Read MoreTaavo Somer and his partners converted this once dead end alley into a destination for the young and hip. Whether to be fed, groomed or fitted, Freemans has what that neo-dandy is looking for. The shop’s outdoorsy aesthetic is ideal for the sporting gentleman. But of course any man can indulge in that sport coat made from vintage stock wool constructed in Brooklyn or a perfectly tailored suit made to measure. It’s a great alternative from the higher end shops in Manhattan. After you’ve taken care of all your sartorial and grooming needs make your way back to the end of the alley for some great dining.
